Hi, I am Jyoti, the owner and founder of Cakes by Jyoti. Here’s a little bit about me: I am a self taught cake baker, born in New Delhi, India and moved to the United States in 1998. By profession Iam a Technical Project Manager but my heart lies in Baking. I live in Parker, CO married and have two beautiful kids and two amazing dogs.
I feel I always had a creative side to myself which I realized only after I started baking for friends and family for their special occasions. Seeing how much they loved my cakes, and with encouragement from few of my very close friends, I decided to take my passion to the next level. So here I am….
Baking and decorating cakes is very therapeutic and a big stress buster for me. My decorating station is my true solace where I get lost decorating cakes, am in my zone listening to either a good book or some old classic songs.
